Having easy yet healthy dishes are important for people who lead a busy life.  To save time, I buy pre-cut Tofu.


You can purchase all of these vegetables for about 1000 yen at the Farmer’s Market held every Sunday morning.


Myoga Ginger is very handy to use for cold-dish cooking during the summer.


Try to buy Tofu that’s already pre-cut!


It will not only save you time but it will also turn into an effortless, nice dish. Sprinkle shredded, dried bonito along with thinly sliced myoga ginger over your dish and add store bought somen sauce.


A yummy appetiser is ready in five minutes.
