It’s easy to spend between 15,000 yen to 20,000 yen or more per person to have Kobe beef. It’s quite expensive but it’s a must-try-in-a lifetime experience to taste Kobe beef.
At Ajitetsu in Akasaka, they have a hidden menu of several different kinds of course menus which start at 5500 yen per person. It includes three different types of raw meat as an appetiser, two kinds of beef with vegetables for BBQ, two kinds of beef with garlic for BBQ, salad, shabu shabu, rice, pickled vegetables, dessert and tea. For a non-beef eater, they also serve seafood, which again is not on the menu.
Even though the portions are very small, the variety of different dishes which are served one by one make you feel satisfied and the 2 hours of nice Kobe beef fiesta is very enjoyable.
