Green tea noodles…. 🙂
I bought a package of green tea soba in Kakegawa, the town that produces green tea leaves and is famous for having the lowest cancer rate in Japan.
Today I cooked cold green soba for lunch with carrots. When it is hot and humid you lose your appetite but cold noodles will help you feel energised.
This package was 390 yen.
Cook the noodles in boiling water.
Grind the fresh ginger roots.
Delicious cold noodles are ready. Add fresh sliced basil, myoga and ginger to the dipping sauce.
