Raw Food Dessert Class

I learned how to make a strawberry dessert without using any milk, eggs, sugar or flour.  I used only fresh, raw ingredients like fresh fruits, raw cashew nuts, dried dates, coconut oil and maple syrup.

I met the instructor at one of the vegetable events I attended at Love Story Kitchen Studio.  The name of the class is Raw Journey. The small size class was just perfect.  After I attended the class, I purchased a blender for my kitchen so I can make my own at home.
