Monthly Cooking Class @KAFUKA

IMG_0705

KAFUKA is a cozy, hidden Japanese restaurant in Azabu Jyuban. Just by watching the owner chef cook, I could tell he puts his heart and soul into each seasonable vegetable and meat to create art.  It is amazing how each dish is not only a visual piece of art but also tastes fantastic. This invisible sothing makes each tasting experience so magical. The hospitality warms your heart and the food makes your tummy happy.

KAFUKA holds a cooking class once a month for both lunch and dinner hours. It is really nice because you get to watch how they cook, while being served good drinks in nice tall glasses, and you can keep the recipe so you can cook the same food at home.  The highlight of the event is of course the tasting part!

It was so enjoyable. I attended the October class with my sister-in-law.
