Vegetable Cooking Class – November

As always, I attended the monthly vegetable cooking class held at the restaurant, KAFUKA, in Azabu Jyuban. My daughter was in town so she was also able to attend with me. It started out with a glass of fresh fruit drink. While watching them cook, we drank wine and sake, questioned about the recipe and chatted.
The food tasting experience was the best part as always. This monthly event is so addictive. 9000 yen per person and it includes drinks.
