I attended the vegetable study event held at the restaurant Kafuka, in Azabu Jyuban, it was a lovely dinner event. It was a collaboration event between the phytotherapist, who provided a lecture on what each vegetable does to our bodies, and the organic vegetable distributor of Sanukis, who is tryng to introduce produce from his town back in the Seto Sea area in Western Japan. He provided us with information on how each vegetable he brought with him was uniquely grown and cropped as well as introducing the farmers. All these organic seasonable vegetables were cooked nicely by the owner chef, Mr. Miyashita. We learned about vegetables and enjoyed a nice, tasty presentation of each vegetable before being turned into a wonderful meal. They also served us with three different kinds of wine from the Seto Sea province.
